Led the design and execution of Taiwan's first commercial Uncrewed Survey Vessel (USV) deployment for offshore wind projects, supporting the Greater Changhua programme. Delivered seabed intelligence and cable integrity data to improve construction decision-making and long-term asset management. Introduced innovative eBOSS technology for cable depth-of-burial and integrity surveys using both USVs and ROV platforms.

Managed the local installation, commissioning and maintenance of the MARSS man-overboard detection system (now known as MOBtronic) aboard Queen Victoria. Successfully demonstrated the system during live maritime safety exercises using a weighted training dummy to simulate a casualty overboard, validating detection, tracking and rescue-response procedures under realistic operating conditions.
